So you've decided that you want a pair of "Josh Leong" shoes? Great choice.

Made To Order Shoes

  1. Make an appointment: Arrange for an appointment via E-mail or Facebook to come down to our studio for a fitting and discussion.
  2. The "last" comes first: You will first select one of our 3, signature shoe lasts that you would like the shoe to be made on.
  3. Fitting: Fitting shoes in sizes EU 39 to EU 45 are available in your chosen last shape so that you can decide on the size. Josh Leong is present for all fitting appointments, and if need be, he will measure your feet and advise you on sizing.
  4. Designing your shoes: A range of classic designs are available for you to choose from. While customisations are possible, they come with a surcharge which varies according to the design's complexity.
  5. Selecting the leather: You may select from a variety of premium French and Italian calf leathers that come in an assortment of colours. Exotic leathers like crocodile and cordovan are also available.
  6. Shoe construction details: Every pair of Josh Leong shoes is hand-welted and the outsoles, hand-stitched. By default, our shoes are finished with square waists and an "open" welt where the outsole stitches are visible all around the shoe. Bevelled waists with a round or fiddle-back finish are available at a surcharge.
  7. Quotation and payment of deposit: After making your selections, a quotation will be provided to you. In order for us to start work on your shoes, a 50% deposit based on the quotation is required. This can be paid via cash, cheque or bank transfer. As soon as we confirm the receipt of the deposit, we will begin making your shoes.
  8. Collection of finished shoes: When your shoes have been made, you can choose to have the shoes delivered to you (free of charge) to any address in Singapore, or you can pick up your shoes in person from our studio.
